mandate to invest in internationally (USA, Europe, Great Britain, etc.) the Sultanate of Oman and the GCC region.<\/p><p><strong>Investment Objective-<\/strong> The Objective of the Fund is to achieve long term capital appreciation through a diversified portfolio primarily comprising of equity and equity related investments. Another key objective is to offer an investment vehicle which also meets the liquidity requirement of the investors; this would be achieved by an open-ended structure. The fund aims to instill a culture of savings among small investors.<\/p><p><strong>Dividend Policy-<\/strong> The Fund&#8217;s Board may propose to distribute a percentage as dividends to the unit holders. Such proposed distribution is based on the distributable surplus of the fund and the approval of the unit holders in the Annual General
